Dance Arts Academy recently held a school supply drive, collecting over 500 essential supplies that were donated to schools participating in our afterschool programs. The event was a vibrant blend of community spirit and artistic expression, with UCI alumni volunteers coming together to support the cause. They not only helped sort and organize the donated supplies but also joined in the fun by dancing alongside current students.
The highlight of the day was a special performance by our students, who showcased their skills at the end of a class taught by UCI Alumni Cindy El. The class offered a wonderful opportunity for our students to shine and for our volunteers to witness the fruits of their contributions firsthand.
